From the outset when Terry came to price the job up, his suggestions & advice were most helpful. When the job was done, we could not believe how much work they got through in a day. Terry Pengelly and his team laid a small artificial lawn for us and added a Millboard patio extension to our existing stone patio. Terry understood immediately what we wanted when he initially came to give us a quote and showed us a sample of the Millboard and the artificial grass. The whole job was done quickly and professionally and the garden was left neat and tidy. We are delighted with the result. Terry is in a class of his own. From the start of the project to the finish he was, organised, very professional and helpful. One thing that differentiates him from most of his competitors is that if you get him round for a quote, you will actually get back a detailed written one within 48hours!! If anything changes during the planning phase, he revises the quote, sends it straight back and always stays on top of the admin. He was so helpful in the design aspect of our landscaping; we had a rough idea what we needed to do, he then used his experience and creative skills to bring it to life. However, he is also mindful of costs and helped advise us that we would get a very similar look with much cheaper materials for our paving than the ones we had chosen. Also as we were 200 miles away he kept us updated with pictures and videos and then called to discuss the more challenging aspects of the build if he needed to deviate away from what was initially agreed. Terry and his team are first class and I highly recommend them.
