Patio & Turfing
Katie and Laura’s garden was looking a bit tired and in need of some refurbishment. We re-levelled the lawn, removed some unsightly piles of building materials, created a new patio area and finished it with a new surface of fresh turf with a nice gravel path and planting areas to the sides. This was a quick and cost effective makeover, completed in less than a week.
Landscape Cleaning & Refurb
A recent maintenance project where we cleaned, re-pointed and re-sanded a patio, path and driveway. This was a project that we had previously constructed about 5 years ago and had just returned to restore it to it’s former glory. It goes to show that with good maintenance, your investment can look like new for many years.
Garden Transformation
Terry and Chris asked us to transform the landscaping around their beautiful cottage in Port Isaac. This presented quite a logistical challenge, as the cottage was situated on a quaint, narrow street with a very restricted access and access to the rear garden was via the narrow steep steps to the side of the house.
The project required re-landscaping the sloping lawn area at the rear of the cottage to create a large, level patio area and for the construction of a bespoke dining area with a pergola over. It also called for the re-paving of the front and side of the cottage, where the narrow steps led from the front of the house to the rear garden.
With the hard work of the team, we were able to carry in excess of 25 tonnes of materials, by hand onto the site and up the steps to transform Terry and Chris’s dream into reality.

The service received from Terry was incredible from day one. Everything proposed was kept on track and given the location and complexity of our property it certainly wasn’t easy to work on.
Terry and his team somehow made it look easy, which I am sure wasn’t, given the lack of access, however, nothing was too much for them and they completed it all with a smile and even left our neighbours commenting on just how good they were whilst carry out the groundworks.
The End Result
We have been left with a stunning deck area that has already been described as ‘paradise’ by visitors to PI; and all thanks to the hard work Terry and his team had put in.
Would I use them again, in a heartbeat; would I recommend Terry and his team in the future, 100% I would.
